  • UNION Whey® (Organic Vanilla Flavor) – 1 to 2 Scoops
  • Berries (choose your favorites) – 1 cup
  • Peanut Butter (all-natural) – 1 tbsp
  • Rolled Oats (gluten-free) – 2 tbsp
  • Almond Milk (vanilla) – 1/4 cup
  • Ice – 5 to 7 cubes


Full-size blender preferred; reduce ingredient volumes by 25% to accommodate a small “bullet” blender


  • Fresh fruits are preferred over frozen, but depending on your budget, frozen can work great
  • If you like your smoothies to be more chilled, you can substitute portions of liquids for additional ice cubes
  • To mix it up, swap Milk for Almond Milk, or visa-versa
