Chocolate Mocha Madness Protein Shake



  • UNION Whey® (Organic Dark Chocolate Flavor) – 2 scoops
  • Coffee – 2/3 cup
  • Greek Yogurt (low-fat, plain or vanilla) – 3 tbsp
  • Dark Cocoa – 1 to 2 tsp (optional; chocolate fiends only)
  • Milk – 2 tbsp
  • Ice – 5 to 7 cubes


Full-size blender preferred; reduce ingredient volumes by 25% to accommodate a small “bullet” blender


  • Fresh fruits are preferred over frozen, but depending on your budget, frozen can work great
  • If you like your smoothies to be more chilled, you can substitute portions of liquids for additional ice cubes
  • To mix it up, swap Milk for Almond Milk, or visa-versa
